Cancellation Policy and House Rules

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any arrivals outside these hours must be agreed in advance.

• Check-out: By 10:30 AM on the day of departure.

• Identification: Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid ID for mandatory registration with the Public Security Authorities.

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation requests made through the website must be sent by email to laleccinaholidayhome@gmail.com.

• A €150 security deposit is required upon check-in. This will be returned at checkout once the property has been checked for any damages.
